In the second stage: three-phase phase sequence checking and insulation resistance detection are carried out on the current to-be-detected cable; wherein after the current cable completes phase sequence checking and insulation resistance detection, a next to-be-detected cable unit in the at least one to-be-detected cable is subjected to cable confirmation, so that a new cable unit is determined from the at least one to-be-detected cable as the current to-be-detected cable, and thenthree-phase phase sequence checking and insulation resistance detection are carried out based on the new cable unit. And after all the cable units in the at least one to-be-tested cable are subjectedto three-phase phase sequence checking and insulation resistance detection, the third stage is carried out: carrying out voltage withstanding test on all the cable units in the at least one to-be-tested cable.
