Clamping plates are welded to the ends, away from each other, of the movable rods, anti-skid pads are pasted to the inner sides of the clamping plates, second springs connected to the outer rings of the movable rods in a sleeving mode are welded to the sides, away from eachother, of the clamping plates, and the ends, away from the ends welded to the clamping plates, of the second springs are welded to the inner side of the protective cover.
