Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, particularly to a coal gasification black grey water treatment method and system. The treatment method comprises the following steps that: black water enters a settling tank to obtain grey water, grey water with Q1 flow enters a multifunctional reaction zone to be treated, the residual grey water with Q2 flow directly enters a grey water tank and then is discharged in Q rows, the residual grey water enters the grey water tank to be mixed with the grey water directly entering the grey water tank, and grey water capable of being recycled for the gasification system is obtained. The invention also discloses a treatment system for realizing the treatment method. The treatment system comprises a settling tank, a grey water tank, asecond circulating pipe, a first circulating pipe and a multifunctional processor, and also comprises control system used for calculating and controlling Q1 flow grey water to enter the multifunctional reaction zone for treatment. The system has the characteristics that the situation that system operation is seriously influenced by system scaling can be improved, discharge of external drainage isreduced, water resource waste is reduced, meanwhile, pollution of the external drainage is reduced, adding of a dispersing agent and a scale inhibitor is reduced, and the operation cost is saved.
