The optical display system comprises a display screen, a polarization reflectionlayer and a dimming film layer. The display screen is used for emitting display light. The polarization reflection layer is arranged on the light emitting side of the display screen and used for reflecting light, with the vibration direction perpendicular to the light transmitting axis of the polarization reflection layer, in the display light to form first linearly polarized light. The dimming film layer is arranged on the light emitting side of the display screen and used for converting the first linearly polarized light into second linearly polarized light.
