The embodiment of the invention provides a display panel, a display device, and the display panel comprises a driving array substrate flexible circuit board which is provided with a main body region,a binding region and a transition region, the transition region is located between the main body region and the binding region, the flexible circuit board comprises a substrate, a wiring layer and aninsulating layer which are arranged in a stacked manner, and the wiring layer comprises a metal wire; wherein the metal wire located in the binding area is exposed out of the insulating layer and is in lap joint with the driving array substrate for binding connection, the insulating layer comprises a first insulating part and a second insulating part, at least part of the first insulating part islocated in the main body area, the second insulating part is located in the transition area, and the average thickness of the first insulating part is larger than that of the second insulating part. According to the embodiment of the invention, the service life of the metal wire can be prolonged, and the yield of the display panel is improved.
