The cleaning system comprises a cleaning hydraulic subsystem and a cleaning tool which are connected, wherein an oil supply port and an oil return port of a hydraulic connector in the cleaning hydraulic subsystem are connected to the cleaning tool for providing oil for cleaning for the cleaning tool; the cleaning tool is fixedly arranged on a cleaned cylinder seat for providing oil path selection for the cylinder seat, so that the oil flows through hole cavities of the cylinder seat oneby one, and oil path cleaning in an inner cavity is cleaned section by section; the cleaning hydraulic subsystem comprises a main pump source oil supply module, a pulsating hydraulic generator module,an output module and an oil return module; and the cleaning tool comprises adapters, a fixed plate, a pressing plate, a bolt, switches and a collecting pipe.
