The invention provides an APD bias circuit with overcurrent protection, which comprises an APD Bias chip circuit for outputting high voltage and an operational amplifier chip circuit for realizing amplification output of four circuits and with adjustable output, and is characterized in that the APD Bias chip circuit comprises an APD Bias chip, the operational amplifier chip circuit comprises an operational amplifier chip, and the operational amplifier chip circuit is connected with the APD Bias chip; wherein a voltage output port of the APD Bias chip is electrically connected with a power supply input port of the operational amplifier chip, four operational amplifiers are arranged in the operational amplifier chip, operational amplifier power supplies of the operational amplifiers are output voltage of the APD Bias chip, negative input ends of the operational amplifiers are grounded through a first resistor, and negative input ends of the operational amplifiers are grounded through a second resistor. The output port of the operational amplifier is electrically connected with the negative input end of the operational amplifier through a second resistor, and the positive input end ofthe operational amplifier is electrically connected with the controller through a third resistor.
