Abstract

The invention discloses a skin injury surface three-dimensional reconstruction method based on surface structured light. The method comprises the following steps of shooting a two-dimensional image ofan area where injured skin is located, collecting the grating information projected to the area where the injured skin is located, and demodulating the grating information to obtain the phase changeinformation of a grating; according to the phase change information of the grating and the pixel coordinates of the two-dimensional image, obtaining a three-dimensional point cloud of the area where the damaged skin is located through three-dimensional matching; reading the two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional point cloud of the area where the damaged skin is located, and selecting contour boundary points of the damaged skin area in the two-dimensional image; performing curve fitting on the contour boundary points on the two-dimensional image to obtain a complete edge contour; the contour boundary points being deleted, and according to the fitted curve, the three-dimensional point cloud of the area where the damaged skin is located being segmented into a damaged skin area and anon-damaged skin area through the corresponding relation between the two-dimensional image and the three-dimensional point cloud; and repairing a skin damage area in the three-dimensional point cloudto complete three-dimensional reconstruction of the damaged skin.

Description

technical field [0001] The disclosure belongs to the technical field of image recognition, and in particular relates to a method for three-dimensional reconstruction of a skin lesion surface based on surface structured light. Background technique [0002] Three-dimensional printing technology is a new digital molding technology based on computer three-dimensional digital imaging technology and multi-level continuous printing. In recent years, due to the gradual progress of the Internet, emerging materials and computing power, 3D printing technology has developed rapidly. This also makes 3D printing technology has been applied to many fields of production and life, such as aerospace, biomedicine, military industry, textile, education and so on. Bio-3D printing is a new technology based on 3D printing, which uses seed cells as raw materials to print living tissues and organs. 3D bioprinting has been widely used in clinical practice, including in vitro regeneration and recons...
