Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, the prior art laundry processing apparatus is inconvenient in the manufacturing process in that the horizontal frame 12 is assembled with the vertical frame 11, the inner case 200 and the hot air supply unit are fixed to the assembled frame 10, and the cabinet 100 Should be coupled to frame 10 again
Especially, if the cabinet 100 is provided with the side surface 120, the rear surface 110 and the upper surface 101, it is inconvenient that each element should be coupled to the frame 10
[0008] It is also disadvantageous that when the inner shell and the cabinet are coupled to each other and the frame 10 is assembled, coupling members such as more than 120 bolts or nuts need to be assembled
[0009] Therefore, it takes a long time to manufacture the laundry treating apparatus, and if a specific coupling member is omitted or not fully fastened, the rate of defects such as failure to ensure the durability of the laundry treating apparatus increases
[0010] Also, even if it is considered that the frame can be replaced by a foaming agent, the shape changes when the foaming agent hardens or a sufficient internal space cannot be secured, or it is difficult to maintain rigidity
Therefore, there arises a problem that it is difficult to apply the blowing agent to actual products
[0011] In addition, the prior art laundry treatment apparatus has a problem in that the cabinet is set relatively higher than other home appliances and is easily bent by external force

Abstract

The present invention relates to a clothing treatment device capable of omitting a frame for structurally connecting an inner case and a cabinet by filling a foaming agent between the inner case and the cabinet forming an appearance. The clothing treatment device comprises: a cabinet having an opening at the front thereof; a door which is rotatably provided in front of the opening to open and close the opening; an inner case which is provided in the cabinet to form an accommodation space in which clothes are accommodated; and a hot air supply unit which is provided at the lower portion of theinner case to supply at least one of hot air and moisture to the accommodation space, wherein the inner case is formed of a styrene resin that maintains adhesion to the foaming agent injected into theinner portion of the cabinet.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to a laundry treating device. Background technique [0002] In general, a laundry treating device refers to a device that performs a series of processes (eg, washing, drying, deodorizing, wrinkle removal, etc.) related to laundry. The term 'laundry treating apparatus' may include: a washing machine for washing laundry; a dryer for drying wet laundry; and a refresher for removing odors or wrinkles from laundry. [0003] Meanwhile, the development trend of laundry treating equipment is toward a single equipment designed to perform all washing, drying, deodorizing, and wrinkling of laundry. However, existing laundry treating apparatuses are limited in deodorizing laundry or removing wrinkles from laundry due to the use of a drum for accommodating laundry and a driver for rotating the drum. [0004] To solve this problem, refer to figure 1 The "clothes treating device" shown in and disclosed in Korean Laid-Open Patent (App...
