Abstract

The invention relates to a transformer substation infrared temperature measuring device and method based on temperature dynamic calibration. The transformer substation infrared temperature measuring device comprises infrared temperature measuring equipment, a blackbody furnace, a constant-temperature oil tank, a heating temperature measuring piece and a data analysis module, wherein the infrared temperature measuring equipment measures a temperature signal of tested operation equipment of a transformer substation, the infrared temperature measuring equipment measures a temperature signal of the blackbody furnace, the heating temperature measuring piece is placed in the constant-temperature oil tank, the heating temperature measuring piece is used for converting the oil temperature into thetemperature of the heating temperature measuring piece, the infrared temperature measuring equipment measures a temperature signal of the heating temperature measuring piece, the constant-temperatureoil tank, the blackbody furnace and the heating temperature measuring piece are all connected with the data analysis module, the data analysis module is used for dynamically analyzing, calculating and storing temperature data collected by the infrared temperature measuring equipment through data, and dynamically calibrating whether the on-site collected temperature is correct or not; and the material of the heating temperature measuring piece is the same as that of the tested operation equipment of the transformer substation.
