The safety chain systemof the wind generating set comprises variable pitch cabinets and first safety chains, wherein one variable pitch controller is arranged in each variable pitch cabinet, each first safety chain comprises a first relay, each variable pitch cabinet is correspondingly provided with one first relay, each first relay comprises a first coil and a first contact, and each first contact is connected with thecorresponding variable pitch controller; a first monitoring input port of each variable pitch controller is connected with a power supply circuit of the corresponding first coil; and each variable pitch controller is used for obtaining a first voltage signal of the power supply circuit of the corresponding first coil through the corresponding first monitoring input port, and under the condition that the first voltage signals are high-level signals, the wind generating set continues to operate within at least one period of time.
