Problems solved by technology

The measurement tools used in contact temperature measurement, such as thermocouples, thermal resistances, fiber optic gratings, etc., need to be in contact with the measured medium to complete the temperature measurement, which makes the arrangement of equipment in the contact temperature measurement process extremely complicated, and the use of contact temperature measurement Difficult to measure large areas
Non-contact temperature measurement, such as infrared temperature measurement, cannot measure the deep temperature distribution of loose media due to the influence of external factors such as measurement distance

[0071] Among them, such as figure 2 As shown, the experimental test box 4 is composed of a bottom surface 8 made of the same material, a detachable top cover 9 and first to fourth side surfaces 71 to 74 . Such as Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the bottom surface 8, the detachable top cover 9 and the first to fourth sides 71 to 74 are all composed of a perforated plate 10, a soft sound-absorbing layer 11, a hard sound-absorbing layer 12, a sound-insulating layer 13, and a heat-insulating layer 14 arranged from inside to outside. Composed of hard wood board 15; the first side 71 is provided with the first wire hole 16, the third side 73 is provided with t...

Embodiment 2

[0076] Embodiment 2 The method of measuring the temperature of bulk medium based on the acoustic method

[0077] This embodiment is realized by using the embodiment, including the following steps carried out in sequence,

[0078] 1. Place the loose medium to be tested in the experimental test box 4;

[0079] In this embodiment, the loose medium to be tested takes a coal pile as an example. First, put the coal pile into the experimental test box 1, adjust the positions of the first to twelfth lifting modules 25 to 36 to the same level, and then cover the removable The top cover 9 makes the experimental test box 4 form an airtight heat preservation environment;

[0080] 2. Turn on the heating plate 18 to heat the coal pile, and adjust the temperature through the temperature controller, and simultaneously turn on the first to ninth thermocouples 37 to 45 to detect the temperature of the coal pile and feed it back to the computer 1;

Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental device for measuring the temperature of a loose medium based on an acoustic method. The experimental device comprises a computer, a signal generator, an experimental test box body and a data collector which are connected in series; and a laboratory virtual platform and simulation analysis software are arranged in the computer. The invention further disclosesa method for measuring the temperature of the loose medium based on the acoustic method. The method comprises the following steps that: a waveform instruction is sent to the signal generator throughthe laboratory virtual platform; and the signal generator outputs a corresponding waveform signal to the experimental test box body according to the received waveform instruction, the waveform signalpasses through a to-be-tested loose medium and then is output to the computer through the data collector, and the simulation analysis software constructs an internal temperature field of the to-be-tested loose medium according to a received sound wave signal. With the experimental device and method for measuring loose medium temperature based on the acoustic method, the generation, transmitting, receiving, collection and related analysis of the sound wave signal are achieved, the temperature of the to-be-measured loose medium is obtained. The experimental device and method are suitable for thetechnical field of temperature measurement, and are used for measuring the internal temperature of the loose medium.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of temperature measurement and is used for measuring the temperature of a loose medium, in particular to an experimental device and method for measuring the temperature of a loose medium based on an acoustic method. Background technique [0002] The internal temperature of bulk media in bulk form is an important measurement parameter in industrial processes. For example, in coal bunkers, the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of accumulated coal not only reduces the quality of coal, but also causes major accident hazards. Therefore, accurate detection of coal internal temperature is the most effective method to prevent coal spontaneous combustion. [0003] Existing temperature measurement methods mainly include contact measurement and non-contact measurement. The measurement tools used in contact temperature measurement, such as thermocouples, thermal resistances, fiber optic gratings, etc., need to be i...
