The invention relates to a hydrogen discharge system of a marine drinking water disinfection device, which comprises a disinfectant generator, a disinfectant storage tank, a pressure sensor and an airextractor, wherein the air extractor is a two-stage air extractor; the disinfectant generator is divided into two paths after passing through the gas-liquid separator, one path is connected with thefirst stage of the two-stage air extractor and is used for primarily separating hydrogen, and the other path is connected with the disinfectant storage tank and is used for feeding a solution subjected to primary gas-liquid separation into the disinfectant storage tank; and the upper part of the disinfectant storage tank is connected with the second stage of the two-stage air extractor through anair extraction pipeline, so that gas-liquid separation is further carried out, and the purpose of thoroughly extracting hydrogen is achieved.
