Embodiment Construction

[0078] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present application clearer, the implementation manners of the present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0079] Please refer to figure 1 , which exemplarily shows a structural schematic diagram of a billet production system applicable to the embodiment of the present application. Such as figure 1 As shown, the billet production system 1 includes production equipment 11 , a conveyor belt 12 , a steel fork 13 , a furnace-feeding roller table 14 and a heating furnace 15 .

[0080] Among them, the production equipment 11 is used to produce steel billets.

[0081] One end of the conveyor belt 12 is connected with the production equipment 11 , and the other end is connected with the roller table 14 for entering the furnace, and is used for transporting the billet produced by the production equipment 11 .

[0082] The steel fork is loca...

Abstract

The invention provides an out-of-squareness detection method and system based on machine vision. The method comprises the following steps that: three-dimensional visual equipment is arranged at the end part of a furnace entering roller way, a steel billet positioned on the furnace entering roller way is shot through the three-dimensional visual equipment, so that a steel billet end surface image is obtained, three-dimensional point cloud data is determined from the steel billet end surface image, and the pose of the steel billet is determined according to a plurality of ridges screened from the three-dimensional point cloud data; if the steel billet is in a normal pose, an included angle between the two intersected ridges is determined according to the three-dimensional point cloud data ofthe point cloud in any two intersected ridges; and if the included angles all conform to a first preset angle range, the steel billet is determined to be a qualified billet. Compared with a method for manually detecting an out-of-square billet in the prior art, the method has the advantages that: the out-of-square billet is detected through the machine vision technology; the recognized out-of-square billet is automatically removed; the labor intensity of workers is reduced; existing potential safety hazards are reduced; the detection accuracy of the out-of-square billet is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of billet detection, in particular to a machine vision-based method and system for detecting square off. Background technique [0002] The steel rolling heating furnace occupies an important position in the iron and steel enterprises. Its task is to heat the steel slab so that the temperature and temperature distribution of the steel slab meet the rolling requirements. The feeding device of the heating furnace is a device for transporting the billet to the heating furnace. It is mainly composed of a feeding platform, a steel retaining hook, a steel fork and a conveying roller table. In the feeding blank, the square and rectangular steel billets evolve into a parallelogram, trapezoid or rhombus due to the four corners not forming 90°, which is called off-square billet. Billet stripping is always an important hidden danger affecting the heating and production of the heating furnace. Every year, accidents suc...
