The flange feeding device comprises a clamping mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a turning mechanism and a control terminal, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a material disc and a material clamp which is arranged on the material disc and used for clamping a flange; the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating disc, the material disc is installed on the upper surface of the rotating disc, and the rotating disc is provided with a position sensor used for detecting the position of the flange; the turning mechanism comprises an overturning plate, and the rotating disc is installed on the overturning plate; and the clamping mechanism, the position sensor, the rotating mechanism and the turning mechanism are all in electric signal connectionwith the control terminal. According to the flange feeding device, the relative position of the flange on the rotating disc is detected through the position sensor, so that positioning of the flangeis achieved; and when the flange rotates to a preset position on the rotating disc, the overturning plate drives the flange to be overturned to a feeding position, and the feeding of the flange is achieved.
