A light-irradiating device (1) according to the present disclosure is provided with: a light-emitting element (4); a housing (9) in which the light-emitting element is disposed and which has, in a light-irradiating surface (9a), an irradiating opening (10) allowing for passage of light of the light-emitting element; a gas-supplying flow path (21) arranged with an end thereof positioned near the irradiating opening in the light-irradiating surface of the housing; and a gas-discharging opening (23) provided at the end of the flow path and having a plurality of first openings (23a) arranged correspondingly along a width direction of the irradiating opening, and a plurality of second openings (23b) arranged corresponding to both ends in the width direction of the irradiating opening.
