The roller wheel is composed of a bearing capable of rotating around a roller wheel rotating shaft, a hub wrapping the bearing and a rim wrapping the hub, and the bearing is composed of a rolling body, a retainer, an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are made of thermoplastic materials, the outer ring of the bearing is integrated on the hub, and the outer ring of the bearing and the hub are of an integrated structure. During manufacturing, the polyurethane rim is firstly subjected to injection molding, then the bearing inner ring and the hub are subjected to injection molding at the same time, in the process, the polyurethane rim and the hubare welded together, and finally the polyurethane rim and the hub are pressed into the rolling body and the retainer.
