Abstract

The invention discloses two-way reinforcement of a damaged reinforced concrete plate through FRP / high-ductility high-permeability concrete and a preparation method. According to the method, the high-ductility and high-permeability concrete is sprayed, so that the transverse and longitudinal bonding strength of an interface is improved. For an RC plate with cracks on a seriously damaged surface orwith large cracks caused by the fact that the RC plate cannot be unloaded, large stripping stress exists in the cracks in the direction of interface normal after FRP grid / ECC reinforcement. Once the stripping stress is greater than the bonding strength between a reinforcing layer and the RC plate, the reinforcing layer is stripped and falls off to cause reinforcement failure. When a two-way plateis reinforced, FRP grids are stressed bidirectionally, so the requirement on the bonding strength is higher. By spraying the high-ductility high-permeability concrete prepared from adding ECC to a concrete reinforcing agent, the high-ductility high-permeability concrete can effectively permeate into cracks of concrete and react with free calcium ions in the old concrete to generate insoluble gel,and the reinforcing layer is nailed on a reinforced structure like an anchor bolt.
