The method comprises the steps: building a sunshade product model and a typical building model; then, based on data of the influence of the human behaviors on the use of a sun-shading product, determining a sun-shading product use time table; thirdly, based on the sun-shading product model, the sun-shading product use time table and the typical meteorological year data of an area where the sun-shading product is located, calculating the air conditioner energy consumption of using the sun-shading product in a typical building model; obtaining annual energy efficiency performance indexes of the sun-shading product according to the air-conditioning energy consumption of the sun-shading product in combination with the air-conditioning energy consumption when no sun shading exists and the air-conditioning energy consumption when a heat insulation window is arranged; and finally, carrying out grading evaluation on the sun-shading product based on an annual energy efficiency performance index.
