The engine cylinder head shield comprises a shield body, a fixed baffle and a movable baffle, wherein a cavity is formed in the shield body; an oil inlet is formed in the upper end of the cavity; an oil outlet used for being communicated to a cylinder head body is formed in the lower end of the cavity; the fixed baffle is arranged in the cavity, located below the oil inlet and used for shielding at least part of the oil inlet; the movable baffle is arranged in the cavity and located between the oil inlet and the fixed baffle; the oil inlet is covered with the movable baffle; and when engine oil enters the oil inlet from top to bottom, the movable baffle can be overturned downwards to open the oil inlet. In the engine cylinder head shield, engine oil applies an external force to the movable baffle to drive the movable baffle to rotate to open the oil inlet; when the engine oil is not filled, the movable baffle is reset to cover the oil inlet since the external force is removed; and the fixed baffle is combined with the movable baffle with which the oil inlet is covered to block the engine oil splashing to the oilinlet, so that engine oil emulsification is avoided.
