Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a reinforced single-layer glass touch screen. The preparation method comprises the following steps: plating a conductive film and a temperature-resistant protective film on a glass substrate; etching a circuit on the coating film of the glass substrate; dividing the glass substrate into unit substrates, and then polishing the appearance of the glasssubstrate; soaking the unit substrate in a potassium nitrate solution at a set temperature for toughening treatment; removing the temperature-resistant protective film on the surface of the connectingpoint of the unit substrate, which needs to be externally connected with the component; and finally, electrically connecting the conductive film at the connection point with the touch IC by using conductive ink to obtain the touch screen. According to the invention, a layer of temperature-resistant protective film is plated on the conductive film of the glass substrate, and the glass substrate issubjected to high-temperature strengthening treatment. Damage of the conductive film is prevented, and the strength of the glass substrate is greatly improved. After the protective film is removed, the connecting point of the conductive film is electrically connected with the touch IC by using the conductive ink so that the conductive reliability of the conductive film is ensured.
