The method comprises the steps that an RPA system acquires image information of an invoice to be processed; the RPA system performs character recognition processing on the image information of the invoice to be processed through an optical character recognition (OCR) technology to obtain character content of the invoice to be processed; and the RPA system processes the character content of the invoice to be processed according to a preset accounting voucher field to generate an accounting voucher table.
