The surface hip joint prosthesis comprises an acetabulum outer cup prosthesis and a femoral head prosthesis; an acetabulum outer cup is as follows: several anti-rotation ridges are arranged on the outer wall of the acetabulum outer cup prosthesis; the anti-rotation ridges are at least located at the positions, corresponding to the ischium or the pubis, after the acetabulum outer cup prosthesis is installed; the femoral head prosthesis comprises a stem and a ball head; the stem is as follows: several rotation stopping grooves are formed in the side wall of the stem; the side wall of the stem protrudes outwards or concaves inwards regularly or irregularly; the ball head is as follows: the ball head is in an umbrella cover shape; one end of the stem is connected to the centre of the inner wall of the ball head; multiple anti-rotation grooves are formed in the inner wall of the ball head; and the interior of the ball head protrudes outwards or concaves inwards regularly or irregularly.
