Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting temperature field uniformity in a gas-liquid two-phase mixing process. The method comprises the following steps: capturing a picture thermal image of gas-liquid two-phase mixing through a thermal infrared imager; calculating and analyzing the thermogram of the picture and establishing a uniformity detection model; calculating a temperature field uniformity factor through a uniformity detection model; calculating a gradient field uniformity factor through the temperature field uniformity factor; performing correlation analysis on the temperature field uniformity factor, the gradient field uniformity factor and the average volume heat transfer coefficient, and judging the strength of the gas-liquid two-phase mixing performance according to the correlation analysis. The method is simple in process, easy to operate and easy to popularize, and the method for researching the heat transfer effect through the temperature field can serve as an important alternative means for practical engineering application.
