Abstract

The invention relates to a hybrid powertrain (1) with a combustion power section (2) and an electric power section (3). Both power sections (2, 3) are designed to provide a torque to at least one output shaft (4, 5) as required, wherein the hybrid powertrain (1) additionally comprises an output transmission (6) torque-transmittingly connected to the at least one output shaft (4, 5), and the electric power section (3) comprises at least one electric machine (7) with a rotor shaft (8). The combustion power section (2) has at least the following components: an internal combustion engine (9) with a combustion shaft (10); a generator (11) with a generator shaft (12); and a continuously variable belt transmission (13), said continuously variable belt transmission (13) comprising a combustion-side cone pulley pair (14) and an output-side cone pulley pair (15) which are variably torque-transmittingly connected together by a belt (16) and each of which comprises an axially movable pulley (17, 18). The hybrid powertrain (1) is primarily characterized in that the combustion-side movable pulley (17) is arranged on the generator shaft side. The invention additionally relates to an assembly method for a hybrid powertrain (1). Here, a hybrid powertrain is proposed in a compact configuration which can be introduced into a motor vehicle and can be easily installed.
