The three-position four-way hydraulic control reversing valve comprises a valve body, a reversing valve element and two working ports, the two working ports are used for being connected with two working cavities of a hydraulic oil cylinder in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and a control oil way connected with the end face of the reversing valve element and used for controlling the reversing valve element to switch the working positions is arranged in the valve body. The high-frequency digital valve is arranged on the valve body, switches the opening and closing states through a high-frequency switching signal, is connected with the control oil way and adjusts the oil pressure of the control oil way. According to the hydraulic vibration excitation valve bank, the high-frequency digital valve is used as a pilot stage and can meet the response under the high-frequency condition, and the high-frequency requirement is met.
