The method comprises the following steps: S01, carrying out clustering analysis on chamomile medicinal materials in different batches, and determining a suitable production place of chamomile; S02, determining optimal extraction conditions of a chamomile active part extraction process by taking dicaffeoylquinic acid content, extract yield and hyaluronidase activity as indexes; and S03, taking the two characteristic components of 3, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid and 4, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid as indexes, purifying the two characteristic components, and determining the optimal purification conditions of the purification process of the chamomile active site.
