The method comprises the steps of backing a user request up to a disaster recovery system according to a preset rule; when it is detected that the user request returned by the database is overtime, judging whether the database meets a disaster recovery triggering condition or not; if yes, starting a disaster recovery system, sending the backed-up user request of the first preset proportion to the disaster recovery system, and sending the user request of the second preset proportion to a database; and when the time of returning the second preset proportion of the user request by the database is within a normal return time range, closing the disaster recovery system, and responding to the user request from the database.
