The invention relates to a CFD-based turbine flow meter simulation method, which comprises the following steps: (1) drawing a geometric model of a movement part of a turbine flow meter, (2) performing model subdivision of each part of a movement simulation model, (3) performing 6DOF programming of quality attributes of an impeller, (4) solving a solver in the impeller simulation model and setting boundary conditions, and outputting an information file of the rotation position of the impeller; and (5) solving the instrument coefficient of the turbine flowmeter according to the rotating speed of the impeller and the input flow of the turbine flowmeter. According to the simulation method, the mass information of the impeller can be effectively added to the impeller model, water flow pushes the impeller to rotate, the rotation process of the impeller can be recorded, the simulation difficulty of the turbine flowmeter is reduced, the simulation precision is improved, and the simulation state of impeller rotation is better displayed. The simulation method is more consistent with the actual situation and is more scientific, so that the simulation accuracy can be greatly improved.
