Abstract

The invention relates to an assembling auxiliary member for a rolling bearing, an assembling method and the rolling bearing. The assembling auxiliary member (2) has a column portion (21) and a beam portion (23), wherein when the column portion is fixed in an assembling auxiliary hole (42) of a retainer (4), the beam portion can stop a rolling body (3) in the retainer on the radial outer side of the retainer in such a manner that the beam portion does not shield an end of the rolling body in at least one axial direction of the rolling bearing. The assembling method comprises the steps of placing the rolling body in a pocket (41) of the retainer, and installing the assembling auxiliary member in the assembling auxiliary hole to stop the rolling body on the radial outer side; partially sleeving a pre-assembling obtained in the previous step with an outer ring (1) in the axial direction to stop the rolling body on the radial outer side; removing the assembling auxiliary member; and continuing to install the outer ring in the axial direction until assembling of the rolling bearing is completed.
