The invention discloses a composite energy storage and reactive compensation integrated system, which comprises a control system, an inverter main circuit, an IGBT driving circuit, a signal conditioning circuit, a voltage and current measuring circuit and a control part power supply circuit; the inverter main circuit comprises an IGBT inverter bridge and a filter inductor; the voltage and current measuring circuit collects the output voltage and current of an inverter and the current on the filter inductor, and transmits the collected data to the control system; the control system controls the inverter through the IGBT driving circuit; the signal conditioning circuit comprises a first-order active filter, a summing circuit, a first-order filter and a protection circuit which are connected in sequence.
