The topological self-adaptive electromagnetic wave-absorbing structure is formed by carving fracture traces on a plane base body and comprises a plurality of super units which are periodically arranged and connected, wherein each super unit is formed by arranging and connecting four basic units in a 2*2 array, two vertexes, located on the same edge, of each basic unit are connected with the adjacent vertexes of the adjacent basic units correspondingly, all the basic units can rotate around the connecting vertexes, the super units can be unfolded or folded in the horizontal plane of the structure, and therefore the whole wave absorbing structure can be subjected to topological deformation freely, so as to improve the ductility of the electromagnetic wave-absorbing structure. The wave-absorbing structure can still maintain excellent wave-absorbing performance in the topological form change process, and meets the requirements of variable electromagnetic environments.
