The invention relates to an active adjustable
vibration isolation system which comprises a high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber, an
electromagnetic valve, a
pressure sensor, a
damper, a
piston rod, a cylinder
barrel and a height sensor. A fixed partition plate is arranged in the cylinder
barrel, and an oil through hole is formed in the partition plate; the
piston rod is arranged in the cylinder
barrel, the
damper is connected to the lower side of the
piston rod, the inside of the cylinder barrel is divided into three cavities by the partition plate and a piston, the three cavities sequentially include a
compressed air cavity a, a middle oil cavity b and a lower
air cavity c, air is filled in the upper portion of the
compressed air cavity a, and oil is filled in the lower portion of the
compressed air cavity a. The active adjustable
vibration isolation system has the advantages that the
system comprises the height sensor and the
pressure sensor, the height sensor detects change of the distance from the cylinder barrel to a lifting lug, and the
pressure sensor detects change of the pressure of the compressed
air cavity a; the
damper and a spring which are connected with the cylinder barrel realize an
impact relief effect, so that a carried
mass at the upper end of the cylinder barrel can assuredly translate in a vibration-sense-free manner; when the vibration-sense-free translation
vibration isolation system is applied to a suspension of an automobile, the vibration-sense-free translation vibration
isolation system can realize effects of attenuating vibration and keeping an automobile body stable, and the height of the automobile body also can be adjusted.
