Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of dotted sanded fluff. A decrement process of an existing production process of the dotted sanded fluff is optimized; meanwhile, the open washing step can be omitted after optimization; the heat preservation time in the optimized loose alkali decrement process is shortened to 30 minutes from 50 minutes, and the alkali consumption is reduced to 40 KG/cylinder from 50 KG/cylinder; the duration of a heating and heat preservation process section is shortened to 70 minutes from 100 minutes; the power consumption is reduced from 66 KW/cylinder to 41 KW/cylinder; the power can be saved by 58 KW/cylinder after the open washing step is omitted; the time can be saved by 15 minutes/cylinder; the overall process time is shortened by 45 minutes/cylinder; liquid caustic soda is saved by 10 KG/cylinder; the power is saved by 83 KW/cylinder; when the time is shortened, the power is saved and the production efficiency is improved; the water consumption is reduced by omitting the open washing step; and therefore, the production efficiency of the dotted sanded fluff is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, water and power can be saved, the alkali consumption is reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
