Abstract

The invention provides a control method and a control system based on distributed small hydropower station combined energy storage. The method comprises the steps: constructing a steady-state power generation model of a target small hydropower station on a target line; constructing a transient power generation model of the target small hydropower station on the target line; constructing a charging and discharging energy storage model of an external energy storage module; calculating the minimum value of the total capacity of the external energy storage module; obtaining the capacity and position of each external energy storage module according to a first constraint condition; calculating the minimum value of the power loss power consumption on the target line; and according to a second constraint condition, obtaining the starting time and the ending time of transient power generation of each small hydropower station. By adopting the method, the plurality of small hydropower stations are adopted for water storage and energy accumulation and are combined with the external energy storage module for peak regulation, the power flow regulation and control capability of the access power distribution network is high, the operation cost and the line loss are reduced, and the economy and the stability of power grid operation are improved.
