The heat conduction channel is provided with a hot air inlet communicating with the refrigeration chamber and a hot air outlet communicating with the outer portion of the air-cooled refrigerator. The fan is configured to achieve the aims that when the air-cooled refrigerator carries out defrosting, after being driven to pass through the evaporator, hot air in the refrigeration chamber enters the heat conduction channel from the hot air inlet so as to be exhausted out of the air-cooled refrigerator. Forced convection is combined with radiation heat exchange defrosting, the defrosting speed and efficiency are improved, the defrosting time is shortened, and therefore the temperature fluctuation amplitude in the defrosting period is reduced; and meanwhile, redundant heat during defrosting can be guided out of the area where the evaporator is located, and therefore temperature fluctuation of the storage chamber in the defrosting period is reduced.
