The on-off input diagnosis device comprises a constant current source output module, a switch module, a ground voltage detection module and a control module, wherein the first voltage is obtained by collecting a first end of the switch module, the first voltage is the sum of the switch module and the ground drift voltage, the ground drift voltage is obtained by controlling the on or off of the ground voltage detection module, and an actual working voltage of the switch module can be obtained by eliminating the influence of the ground drift voltage according to the first voltage and the ground drift voltage; an actual working resistance value of the switch module can be calculated by combining the constant current flowing into the switch module; and finally, the actual resistance value of the switch module is compared with a rated working resistance value range to judge a working state of the switch module. Therefore, the influence caused by the ground drift voltage can be eliminated when the actual working resistance value of the switch module is calculated, and reliability of judging a working state of the switch module is further improved.
