The method comprises the steps of realizing targets through the total driving distance of task nodes, the minimum carbon dioxide emission amount and the customer satisfaction degree; obtaining a plurality of task node clusters by using a clustering algorithm; taking task node clusters as an initial chromosome, determining an objective function evaluation group, selecting an optimal chromosome by using a fitness function, generating a plurality of groups of optimal solutions according to a genetic algorithm, determining an initial pheromone distribution condition, solving transportation device logistics distribution scheduling data by using an optimized ant colony algorithm, stopping operation until the maximum number of cycles or algorithm convergence is reached, and outputting the optimal path and the length thereof.
