event stream, and replacing a
reference frame with the pulse reconstruction enhancement frame. The application can significantly reduce the cross-frame
distortion accumulation risk, improve the subjective viewing quality and the reliability of the
reference frame, and has practical application value in low-bandwidth transmission and limited storage scenarios.
