When the step type anchor rod foundation is used, supporting legs of athe iron tower can be installed on the bearing platform, so that the bearing platform can effectively bear downward pressure applied by the iron tower; and due to the fact that the bearing platform is of the plate-shaped structure horizontally arranged in the foundation pit, the contact area of the bearing platform and the supporting legs is effectively increased, so that the phenomenon that the bearing platform is damaged when being squeezed downwards is avoided, and the collapse phenomenon of the iron tower is avoided.
