The system comprises an IGV trolley, a connector conveyor, a bracket conveying device and a tray disassembling and conveying device, wherein the IGV trolley is used for conveying empty tray stacks to the connector conveyor and conveying full carton trays to a recycling station; the connector conveyor is used for conveying the received empty tray stacks to the bracket conveying device and receiving the full carton trays conveyed by the bracket conveying device; the bracket conveying device comprises a bracket conveyor and a first lifting machine for driving the bracket conveyor to ascend and descend, and the bracket conveyor is used for transferring the empty tray stacks to the tray disassembling and conveying device and receiving empty trays conveyed by the tray disassembling and conveying device; and the tray disassembling and conveying device comprises a tray disassembling and conveying machine, a second lifting machine driving the tray disassembling and conveying machine to ascend and descend and a tray disassembling mechanism capable of disassembling the empty tray stacks one by one. The functions of automatic carton stacking, automatic tray disassembling and automatic conveying of full carton trays to the recycling station can be effectively achieved, and manpower and time consumption for forklift workers to supply the empty trays and transport cartons is eliminated.
