The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile hazard source identification early warning and pile body monitoring device which comprises a monitor arranged on a reinforcement cage of a pre-buried cast-in-place pile, the monitor comprises a steel thin-walled tube, a sound wave receiver, a mechanical sensing strip, a central mechanical and acoustic processor, a storage unit and an early warning device, the sound wave receiver clings to the side wall of the steel thin-walled tube and is electrically connected with the central mechanics and acoustics processor through the oscilloscope, all the mechanics sensing strips are uniformly distributed on the steel thin-walled tube and are connected in parallel through cables, and outputs of the mechanics sensing strips are electrically connected with the central mechanics and acoustics processor through the analog-to-digital converter. The early warning device and the storage unit are electrically connected with the central mechanics and acoustics processor. The device can monitor the pile body quality during pile forming of the cast-in-place pile.
