Embodiment

[0047] In order to solve the problem that the power attenuation of the two-stroke engine is serious at high altitudes, resulting in the instability of the intake pressure of the engine at different altitudes, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for stabilizing the intake pressure of the two-stroke engine. figure 1 As shown, the method can run on the server side, and can also run on the client system carried by drones or cars.

[0048] Take this method running on the server as an example.

[0049] The intake pressure of the engine is related to the intake air volume of the engine. The higher the altitude, the thinner the air and the lower the intake air volume. In order to keep the intake pressure of the engine stable, the intake air volume of the engine should be kept stable. The inventors achieved this through the following methods.

[0050] refer to figure 1 and 2 As shown, the two-stroke engine intake pressure stabilization methods include:

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the air inlet pressure of an engine at different altitudes is unstable due to serious power attenuation of the two-stroke engine at a high altitude, the embodiment of the invention provides a method and system for stabilizing air inlet pressure of a two-stroke engine. The method comprises the steps that instant altitude height pressure data and preset altitude height pressure data are compared, and a pressure difference between the instant altitude and a preset altitude is obtained; according to air inflow data of the two-stroke engine, an air inflow value is generated; and a supercharger control signal is generated according to the pressure difference and the air inflow value. The system comprises a continuous variable speed regulator and a supercharger. The continuous variable speed regulator is used for being connected with the power output end of the two-stroke engine. The supercharger is used for being connected with an executing mechanism of the continuous variable speed regulator. An air outlet of the supercharger is used for being connected with an air inlet of the two-stroke engine through a pipeline. According to the embodiment, the air pressure drop caused by height rise is offset through the supercharger, so that the two-stroke engine is not influenced by the height and the power is not attenuated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aircraft two-stroke engines, in particular to a method and system for stabilizing the intake pressure of a two-stroke engine. Background technique [0002] Two-stroke engines are used in many fields such as small aircrafts, motorcycles, and agricultural and forestry machinery because of their simple structure, high power per liter, light weight, and low cost. [0003] But its stroke nature keeps it from having a dedicated aspirating process like a four-stroke. The suction stroke of the two-stroke engine is driven by the negative pressure formed in the lower part of the cylinder and the crankshaft when the piston moves upward from the bottom dead center (that is, synchronously with the compression of the upward piston), and the mixed gas enters the crankcase. Since the internal volume of the crankcase is greater than the volume produced by the upward movement of the cylinder, the crankcase has a certain influence o...
