Abstract

The invention discloses a serial-to-parallel conversion alignment circuit and method, and the circuit comprises a serial-to-parallel conversion module which is used for receiving serial data in response to a first clock signal and converting the received serial data into parallel data in response to a second clock signal, wherein the number of bits of the converted parallel data is N, and N is a positive integer; the logic judgment module is used for generating an alignment indication signal when the level of at least one digit in all digits of the converted parallel data is different from the level of the corresponding digit of an alignment code pattern, and the alignment code pattern refers to a feature code pattern used for being aligned with the parallel data; and a clock generation module which is used for performing N + 1 frequency division on the first clock signal to generate the second clock signal when the alignment indication signal is received.
