Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for testing thrust of a distributed electric propulsion unmanned aerial vehicle in real time. The system comprises an electric propeller ground test system and an airborne electric signal real-time acquisition system. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, designing a ground experiment table of an electric thruster ground test system, obtaining a thrust curve through ground test, and then obtaining a force-effect function relationship of the tested thruster through curve fitting; then designing the airborne electric signal real-time acquisition system, and acquiring electric parameters of each propulsion unit in real time; and finally, designing a real-time thrust estimation method, and estimating the real-time thrust generated by each propeller when the unmanned aerial vehicle flies by using the collected data. The real-time thrust test system and the estimation method have high test precision, and real-time thrust data of each propulsion unit of the distributed electric propulsion unmanned aerial vehicle can be obtained in real time on a ground station.
