Problems solved by technology

[0011] Furthermore, the wound surface is exposed to the air, and there is a risk of bacterial infection, which will cause inflammation and local blood vessel expansion, which is not conducive to wound hemostasis and healing, and there is also the possibility of concurrent inflammation during the wound recovery period

Abstract

The invention discloses a calamine hemostatic compound based on a Y molecular sieve carrier. The calamine hemostatic compound is prepared by continuously stirring alkaline aqueous solution which is used for preparing a Y molecular sieve and contains a silicon source, a sodium source and an aluminum source in at least three temperature stages from the normal temperature to 60 DEG C for a certain time to obtain a molecular sieve precursor solution forming a crystal nucleus, then adding cotton fibers and calamine, heating to 90-100 DEG C in a closed reaction kettle and performing a crystallization reaction to obtain the hemostatic compound which synthesizes the Y molecular sieve on the cotton fibers and loads the calamine medicine in situ. According to the invention, by compounding multiple hemostatic materials of the Y molecular sieve, the calamine and the cotton fibers, a hemostatic material which is rapid in hemostasis, better in coagulation performance and obviously shortened in thromboplastin time is obtained, and the calamine hemostatic compound can be used as an external hemostatic material to be applied to hemostatic treatment of various wounds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and relates to a medical hemostatic material, in particular to a hemostatic compound obtained by compounding multiple hemostatic materials and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Hemorrhage from trauma is an extremely common condition in daily emergencies, medical treatment, and military warfare. Researchers at home and abroad have conducted many studies on rapid hemostasis materials. In the earlier period, non-absorbable materials were mainly used to care for wounds, such as natural or artificial gauze and bandages. [0003] In recent years, researchers have started with substances with low cost and fast hemostasis rate, obtained hemostatic dressings with improved performance through modification, or obtained composite hemostatic materials with high biological safety or antibacterial properties through combination with other substances. [0004] Many scholar...
