The invention discloses a rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant, the general molecular formula of which is as follows. In the formula, R is a rosinyl ricyclic diterpene structure, X is Br or I, and n is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to 10. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the compound: firstly, dehydroabietic acid or disproportionated rosin is adopted to prepare rosinyl tertiary amine, and then the rosinyl tertiary amine and saturated dihalide are prepared into the rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant through quaternization. The synthesis of the rosinyl tertiary amine comprises the following steps: the dehydroabietic acid or the disproportionated rosin is converted into active acyl chloride intermediate, and then the acyl chloride intermediate and N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine are prepared into the rosinyl tertiary amine in the presence of the triethylamine which is used as the acid-binding agent. The rosinyl tertiary amine and the saturated dihalide are reacted in the solvent isopropyl alcohol, and then vacuum drying is performed after filtration. The prepared surface active agent has good surface activity performance; the raw material is inexpensive and easy to obtain, and can be biodegraded; the synthetic method is assisted with microwave, the reaction time is short, and the product purity is high.

The invention relates to the field of water-based ink and discloses a preparation method of an environmentally-friendly water-based ink. The preparation method of the environmentally-friendly water-based ink is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding an organic paint, resin, deionized water, dimethyl ethanolamine, a wetting agent, an emulsifying agent, a slow drying agent, an antifoaming agent and a dispersing agent according to a certain proportion; performing dispersion in a stainless steel pot, wherein the formula of color paste comprises 33.5 percent of resin liquid, 30 percent of the deionized water, 0.3 percent of the dimethyl ethanolamine, 0.1 percent of the dispersing agent, 0.2 percent of the wetting agent, 0.5 percent of the emulsifying agent, 0.2 percent of the slow drying agent, 0.2 percent of the antifoaming agent and 35 percent of the organic paint; mixing the materials, stirring the materials for about 1.5 hours, then storing the materials for 12 hours, and performing full chemical reaction. Due to adoption of the technical scheme, a product manufactured by using the process is applicable to printing of coating paper, plastic, double PE paper cups, all milk packages and napkin through high-cable and high-speed printers, and is bright and fine in color, light-resistant, unlikely to fade, alcohol-resistant, waterproof, freezing-proof, and good in anti-wearing effect.

The medical pressure-sensitive hydrocolloid adhesive provided by the invention has excellent properties, wherein initial adhesion of the adhesive allows a standard steel ball No. 32 to be adhered, holding power reaches 114 min or above, peel strength reaches 0.07 KN.m<-1> or less, and peeling integrity is 97.9% or above; so the medical pressure-sensitive hydrocolloid adhesive has excellent adhesion and holding power, is convenient to peel and maintains good integrity after peeling.

High-oil emulsified waste lye treatment agent and use process thereof

The invention discloses a high-oil emulsified waste lye treatment agent, which comprises an F regulator and a T flocculating agent, wherein the F regulator comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-2 percent of dimethylethanolamine, 5-7 percent of exsiccated ammonium alum, 4.8-9.6 percent of magnesium sulfate, 8.6-17.2 percent of aluminum choride, 11.5-23 percent of ferrous sulphate, 1-2 percent of hydrochloric acid and 40.5-67.3 percent of water; and the T flocculating agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-35 percent of propylene oxide, 15-25 percent of ethylene oxide, 10-15 percent of ammonium chloride and 25-55 percent of water. The F regulator is added into the high-oil emulsified waste lye by stirring to be uniformly stirred; and the T flocculating agent is added by stirring to be uniformly stirred and stood and delaminated. The process has stability and reliability and convenient management, ensures the stable operation of a sewage disposal field and the discharge of wastewater after reaching standards, and can be used for treating the high-oil emulsified waste lye by slightly reforming the traditional equipment and reduce the treatment cost.
