Abstract

On the basis of a digital image processing technology, the construction method generates patterns covering all to-be-studied structural parameter combinations, splices the patterns into a single pattern, and combines a soft lithography process based on laser direct writing and a surface modification method to prepare a microprinting plate containing all to-be-studied patterns, so that modular protein patterns containing any different parameter combinations can be generated through single printing, and in-vitro construction of the modular neural network of different parameter combinations formed by real neurons is achieved.
