Process for the preparation of a gipodacin intermediate

This invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical synthesis technology, specifically disclosing a method for preparing a gipotassium intermediate. The method uses 2-aminopropane-1,3-diol and 6-methoxy-2-chloro-3-nitropyridine as starting materials, and proceeds through multiple steps including nucleophilic substitution, acetal protection, reduction, N-alkylation, cyclization, oxidation, deprotection, sulfonation, and deprotection-salting-desalting reactions to obtain a target intermediate with high optical purity. This invention optimizes the reaction system and process conditions, especially in the downstream chiral construction stage, innovatively integrating the removal of the Boc protecting group and chiral separation into a single step. Utilizing the selective precipitation of the target diastereomeric salt by levonormonal camphor sulfonic acid in an acetonitrile system, it achieves integrated reaction and separation, effectively solving the technical bottlenecks of existing technologies that rely on preparative chiral chromatography columns, such as lengthy synthetic routes, low overall yields, harsh reaction conditions, dependence on expensive or hazardous reagents, and difficult purification.

A method for recovering associated zinc from copper concentrate during copper smelting.

This invention relates to a method for recovering associated zinc from copper concentrate during copper smelting, belonging to the field of non-ferrous metal smelting and mineral processing technology. The method includes: preparing and grinding copper concentrate to obtain a finely ground slurry; the -0.074 mm particles in the finely ground slurry constitute 92-95% of the total solid particles; mixing the finely ground slurry with a copper collector and a zinc inhibitor; the zinc inhibitor contains sulfur dioxide, and the mixing temperature of the zinc inhibitor and the finely ground slurry is 40-50°C; and using microbubble flotation technology to separate copper from zinc concentrate using flotation, obtaining copper concentrate and zinc concentrate; the foam diameter of the microbubble flotation is 30-80 μm. This invention achieves efficient inhibition of zinc minerals by controlling the copper flotation separation temperature, at which waste sulfur dioxide is used synergistically as a zinc inhibitor, further controlling the particle size of the fine grinding and the foam diameter during flotation, thus constructing an integrated copper-zinc separation and zinc recovery process.
