Abstract

The weaving method of the seamless conical fabric comprises the following steps of 1, changing a double-sided weave into a single-sided one-interval-one weave with a separation line transverse row; 2, adding the single-sided one-interval-one weave with the separation line transverse row as an upper-lower one-interval-one rib weave, withdrawing a needle from the lower part in a one-interval-one manner, then withdrawing a needle from the upper part in a one-interval-one manner, and finishing rib top edge covering and opening; 3, after rib top edge covering and opening are completed, based on the upper-lower one-interval-one rib weave, adding a one-interval-one single-sided weave which is independently woven in an upper one-interval-one mode or in a lower one-interval-one mode, and forming a new rib top fabric with an added transverse one-interval-one weave; and 4, according to the rib top length requirement, repeating the step 3, increasing the number of repeated turns, and performing rib top weaving.
